AUSTRALIA - QUEENSLAND - Whitsundays - Denman Island - october 2003

We camped on Denman Island for four nights. We arranged the permit via National Park office and then boat to Denman Island with water, fuel, food and shelter. The maximum to camp on the island is four so we had it to ourselves.

It was very quiet and it had a Robinson Crusoe appeal. Swimming was okay close to shore and the views of other islands was great. There was limited walking due to cliffs an a very rugged interior.
