Mountain
bike ride at Brisbane Water NP. Played in the old quarry and followed the
Tommos Loop Track.
Heaps
of water and some parts were heavily eroded – fun obstacles to go over and through.

around Somersby Falls with Kara. A couple of days after the heavy rain and still lots of water.

A mountain bike ride at Kincumba Mountain on the tracks. Did some berms well that I normally
flounder upon. Yahoo!
Swim
at The Haven after the ride. Visibility poor.

Swim
and sit at Pearl Beach with Jacinta. Warm water. Good coffee.
Visited at home by rainbow lorikeets and three sulfur-crested cockatoos.

Walk
around the rocks at the Haven. Tide was low.
Followed
by swim though water visibility was poor due to plankton.
