The weather was looking better today.
I parked at Brisbane Water National Park at the end of Warrah Trig Road. There is a small car park for about eight cars.
It is a short walk to Warrah Trig itself then a walk along a path down to Warrah Lookout.
The path was lined with wildflowers and there was a strong fragrance from them. The coolish weather seemed to be reducing the number of active insects that normally buzz around all the flowers.
The path was stepped, paved and wet. There are a number of turnoffs leading out to various vies over the coast and the hinterland.
The path ends at a large lookout with sweeping views over Broken Bay and Pittwater. It is in my opinion one of the best and most accessible views on the Central Coast.
I wandered along the cliff edge and settled down on a secluded rock ledge and enjoyed the views and watched a number of lizards at rest.
